Looking For My New Home💖

I’m 26 and I work a 9-5 in radio. I produce promotions on Capital, Capital Dance, Capital XTRA, Radio X and Classic FM. I’m in the office 3 days a week and 2 days from home. I also side hustle as a DJ now and again!

I currently live in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire (if you’ve watched Clarkson’s Farm - I live there) and am getting very tired of the 5-hour round trip each day so I’m eager to move back to London! I have lived in London before (in 2 different shared houses with people aged 27-33).

Outside of work, I love to go to the gym or go to classes - I really enjoy boxing and want to get back into weightlifting. I love live music (DJs or bands) and I'm trying to read more often. I’m quite a home bird so I enjoy relaxing at home and cooking in the evenings, but I also love an excuse to go to the pub and an occasional night out!

As a housemate, I'm tidy and I love to keep a neat home. I am easygoing and would love to hang out as a house when we’re all free.

I would like a double room with good storage space, and space for a desk. Parking is also needed as I have a car.
I'm looking for places £900 pcm (bills inc.) at the very maximum. The cheaper the better!
I am looking for somewhere in Battersea/Clapham Junction.

My ideal place would be somewhere warm, cosy and has a homely feel to it. I prefer carpeted floors in bedrooms for this reason but I wouldn't turn down the perfect place just because of that!
