Psychology graduate looking for a room in Brighton

I’ve recently finished my undergraduate degree in Psychology and I’m looking for a room in Brighton before starting my master’s in September.

I have a UK guarantor ready & savings available. I can also complete referencing quickly and provide a university reference if needed.

I’m mainly looking for somewhere stable, clean, calm, and respectful where I can properly settle. Ideally, I’d like a fully furnished room with bills included, but I’m flexible for the right place.

I’m quiet, considerate, tidy, easy to live with, and respectful of shared spaces.
