Professional guy works in the aviation engineering industry looking for a double or single room to rent with close proximity to Cardiff airport or St Athan airbase! 3+ months approximately with possible extension
I'll be working full time from 7am to 19:00 so basically won't be in the Accomodation most of the day and will be away home on my days off.
Im a very sociable and friendly person and always do the extra bit to help others around me, I also enjoy my personal quiet space and respect others personal space.
Well organized, clean and tidy and like to keep my surrounding space and shared spaces clean on the go.
Ideally would be looking a single or double room with own bathroom and a parking space for a small car.
