James, 33 searching for London flat share

Hi, I’m James, 33, and I’m looking for a new place to call home.

I’ve been living in Clapham house shares for the past few years and am keen to stay in the area. For me, the best house shares are the ones where people get on well and enjoy spending time together, rather than just living under the same roof, so I’m looking for a house with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

I work in property finance in the City and am usually in the office Monday to Friday, with the occasional day working from home.

Outside of work, I keep fairly active and spend most of my time at the gym, playing football, catching up with friends over food or drinks, and trying to get back into tennis. I’ve even dabbled in Pilates recently. On weekends, you can usually find me at West Ham games as I’m a season ticket holder.

At home, I’m tidy, easy-going, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a chat in the kitchen or the occasional pub trip, but I’m equally happy doing my own thing.
