James, 32 searching for London flat share

Hi, I’m James, 32, Clapham-based, and looking for a great new place to call home.

I’ve been living in Clapham for the past few of years, but I’m now on the lookout for a new experience. Ideally looking for somewhere north or East that’s relaxed, friendly and well located, with like-minded people.

I work in the City in property finance, and I’m out of the house Monday to Friday and like my evenings chilled…gym, football, or grabbing food/drinks with friends. At weekends I often (unfortunately) go to West Ham games. At home, I’m tidy, easy-going, and like a good series or trip to the pub.
