Touring professional seeking buddy up

Hello!

I am looking for someone to buddy up with to look for a place to live in Manchester and the surrounding areas.

Male or female, I don't mind either way. I will warn though, I am not a sporty guy (despite having the same name as a footballer). Love a good musical and am big on animated films.

I am a touring lighting designer so I can be working away for periods of time but I own a 3D printer so I can print you a companion to keep you company while I am away. I gave up renting last year as I have been away working for most of this year, but really want independence back and somewhere to come home to after a long tour.

I make a banging beans on toast and keep McDonalds in business, so if a 3am cheeseburger and McFlurry is your thing, I'm your guy.

The only thing I really need is parking (currently getting shafted by Manchester City Council... long story). Ideally not a flat in the city, as this has caused me great financial burden with parking (usually have to pay more per month). The perfect situation would be a house. 3 bed with the 3rd bedroom being used as a shared office.

All of my belongings are currently in a storage unit so I could do with saving that cost!

Just need to preface that, even though I have stated I don't smoke, I have recently quit so the vape comes out every so often.

More than happy to discuss over some sort of beverage.

I will preface that I am not interested in large HMOs. After years of student living, I don't want to be doing that anymore.
