Looking for a nice sharehouse

I’m currently looking for a room to rent starting from the 10th of April. I’m 36, a working professional, and my lifestyle is pretty simple and balanced: most of the time, you’ll find me at work or at the gym. In other words, I’m rarely the mysterious “always at home” flatmate.
