Friends Looking for a 2-Bed Flat or 2 Double Rooms

Hey! We're Calum (26) and Sacha (29), two friends and coworkers, working near Old Street. Looking for either a 2-bed flat to rent or two double rooms in a social house.

We're both easy-going, sociable and like making the most of living in London. Outside of work you'll usually find us at the gym, out for drinks, running, playing football, cycling, grabbing coffee, trying new pubs and restaurants, or planning the next trip away.

We're currently moving from comfortable rental situations (though a little far out), so we're looking for somewhere we'll genuinely enjoy living that's close to the action. Our budget is around £1,000–£1,200 per person per month, and we're hoping to find somewhere fairly central. A balcony or some outdoor space would be a big plus! We can move in pretty much immediately.
