Graduate Male seeks a single or double room

My name is Karrar, a recent UCL graduate. I am looking for a long term accommodation in central London. My current maximum monthly budget is £700, however, I would definitely prefer something less than that 🫣.

I’m also open to offer some weekly work for 15-20 hours for the landlord/family/home owner for free rent.

I’m super friendly, warm, nice, social, respectful, quiet and clean/tidy person. Most of my time is outside, if at home, I am very considerate and enjoy a peaceful space.

I would love to move asap or whenever is convenient for you. I am interested in tech, medical research, sports, cooking, music, hiking and social/charitable activities.
