Postdoc looking for an en-suite or a studio

Hi! I'm a 25-year-old female who will soon be starting a full-time postdoc position at Manchester Uni.

I'm looking for either:

-a spacious en-suite room (up to £850/month including bills) with a bed, storage, and a desk/workspace, or
-a small studio (up to £1,050/month including bills).

Ideally, I'd like somewhere within a 35-minute walk of both the university and the city centre.

I'm tidy, respectful of other people's space, and generally keep a clean and peaceful home. I'll be working mostly from the office and enjoy spending my free time outdoors. I'm hoping to find a cosy place where I'll feel comfortable living long-term.
