Ensuit room required asap

Looking for an ensuite room ASAP. 54 years old just out of a long long relationship just need a new start. Work full time same job 8 years and get paid weekly fridays so can't really do bonds. Cant do bond and rent but can easily pay 1 weeks rent in advance needs to be as cheap as possible to move in. Rents fine. Must be local to castleford pontefract Altofts Normanton at a push. Please read ad i cant really do deposits and just need a break. Good at decorating and diy so can do work instead of bond. I know im asking alot but im worth taking a risk if you see it like that.
