25 year old seeking buddy up

Hi, I’m a 25 year old accountant male. I am looking for a double room in Salford quays or nearby. I’m pretty flexible on moving date and have a budget of £700pcm excluding bills. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 21 and 30 years old. Not too bothered about whether it’s furnished or unfurnished either.

I like running and going to the gym. Wouldn’t mind having the opportunity to make a new friend by flat sharing, but equally okay just keeping to ourselves for the most part.
