Mature Student for room in Dennistoun/City Centre

I am a 28 year-old mature student about to study at Strathclyde University. Looking for a room mostly in Dennistoun but anywhere in or around the city centre would be perfect. My budget is around £700 PCM.

I'm moving from Newcastle so I'm looking to spend lots of my time exploring Glasgow and the surrounding areas. Very easy going & tidy so happy to give others their space. But I'm looking to create/find a home and establish some roots for myself for the next few years here, rather than just renting a room.

I enjoy cinema, bike rides, tennis, puzzles and board games. More often than not also down for a drink or pub quiz. I'll most likely continue working hospitality part time so may be coming back late some nights but I will always be mindful of making noise.
