Room Wanted – Kendal (From Mid-January )

Hello,

I’ll be moving to the area of Kendal in mid-January to join the Westmorland and Furness council’s IT team, and I’m looking for a room to rent at least for 6 months. I’m not very specific about the location as I will be working from home a lot. Ideally, I’d like to find a place with friendly, respectful flatmates and a relaxed atmosphere.

A bit about me: I’m easy-going, tidy, and respectful of other people’s space. I’ll be working full-time, so I’ll be out during the day most weekdays. I really love cooking and baking, and I previously worked as a pastry chef, so if you like trying desserts and cakes, that’s a bonus. I also enjoy travelling, working out, watching movies, and having a fun chat or hangout when the mood is right. At the same time, I value my own space and always respect others’ need for privacy.

Parking nearby would be helpful, but not essential. What’s most important to me is finding a comfortable home with like-minded, friendly people where everyone feels at ease.
