My name is Mariana — a friendly woman from Brazil, with Italian citizenship and full legal status in the UK.

I’m a marketing professional and returning to London on 10 December to prepare for my Master’s application next year.

What I’m looking for:

A peaceful, cozy home with positive energy, shared with respectful, mindful flatmates who value calm, cleanliness, and kindness.

I’m ideally looking for a quiet home with just a few flatmates — not a large house with many rooms or high turnover of people.

I’m specifically looking for a Room with an Ensuite, in a place with easy access to public transport, so being near the underground is important to me.

A little about me:
• I work remotely in marketing & communications
• I live a calm and balanced lifestyle — yoga, gym, and reading are part of my routine
• I’m tidy, thoughtful, and easy to live with — very respectful of others’ privacy
• I don’t smoke and drink only socially
• I love animals and often do pet-sitting — happy to help or exchange if needed, BUT, I DO NOT HAVE PETS in the UK and WILL NOT be bringing any. I ONLY CARE FOR ANIMALS in their OWN HOMES.
• I have references in London, all my documents are in order, and my belongings are already in storage in the city — just the essentials.

Though I’m currently in overseas, I’m available for video calls, and a friend in London can visit the flat on my behalf if needed.
