Friendly, 32 female looking for double room!

Hello,

I am looking for a double room in a chilled, tidy, friendly house - I can move from the end of September - the date is potentially flexible so please get in touch if you have something a bit earlier! I would love to move further into Hove, or stick around seven dials.

I am 32, a young professional (and artist) who works in secondary schools (previously as an Art Teacher). I am having to leave my lovely flat in seven dials due to the landlord wanting to sell

I am very friendly, chatty, easy going, and have a good sense of humour. I would love to live with like-minded others who are easy-going, kind, tidy and friendly. I am very respectful of each other’s space and keeping communal areas tidy and clean. I am not looking for a party house as I have to be up early in the week for work (and I am sober - though this doesn’t mean I dislike others drinking! I love pubs and socialising, or gigs/nights out every now and then). I enjoy my own space and independence but also up for communal dinners/walks/ hang outs if others are up for it. I am easy basically! I also love cold water swimming, hiking, arty things, gigs, saunas, exhibitions and live music.

Really looking for a chilled, cosey flat or house to come back to. Ideally with one or two like-minded others :)

I am ideally looking for somewhere cheaper then I am paying (£700), but open to options!
