Young Professoinal Looking to Buddy up ASAP

A working professional seeking a room in a flats hare of one or two others, at £850–£1,100 pcm (bills included or not).

About me:

I’m a sustainability professional working in Westminster, with a postgraduate degree in Environment Politics and Development and a career focused on ESG and corporate sustainability. I’ve lived in China and South Africa , experiences that have made me adaptable, perceptive and socially aware, and genuinely easy to live with. On most things. 😄

I work from home two days a week , and I am looking for properties with 1-2 occupants. I’d love to have an en suite, terrace, patio or garden , but that is not a must.

Outside of work, I play squash and maintain a fairly committed gym routine. In my free time, I study Mandarin and regularly attend events on socioeconomic and environmental issues, as well as live music. I’m someone who is equally at home at a panel discussion and a gig.

What I’m looking for:

A calm, clean home with a flatmate who appreciates home-cooked meals and relaxed evenings.

I’m sociable and warm in company and flexible on most things , cleanliness, however, is non-negotiable. I want a space built on mutual respect, good conversation, and the occasional spontaneous dinner.
