Returning to Bournemouth/Christchurch/Poole

Requirements:

I’m looking for furnished accommodation for 1 person, for 6 months minimum, 24 x 7, from 24 April or before in the Bournemouth Christchurch Poole area. I need parking for my car, off road preferred. Shared kitchen with washing/dryer and a shared lounge. En suite preferred.

Interesting and well traveled, friendly house sharers would be welcome. I speak several languages (see below)

Contracts/Deposits and Payments: I need a contract and any deposit will need to be documented and returnable when I move out

About me:

I was born and raised in Alvechurch, Worcestershire. I moved to Bournemouth when I was 18 to do an HND, initially and went on to do a BSc and MSc later.

I have lived in Bournemouth 2 times before in my life most recently in Southbourne. I work in IT which has lead me to working in the USA, Switzerland, Japan, OZ/NZ and Latin America during my career..

I recently came home to the UK and will be settling in the Bournemouth area once again.

I used to be a member of the Christchurch Cycling Club and I am a lifelong skier. I work out at the gym and lead a healthy lifestyle including walking and cycling on a regular basis.

I am a keen linguist and speak several languages including (Brazilian)Portuguese, (Argentine) Spanish, (French) French, (Swiss) German and Japanese, amongst others.

I'm pretty sociable, and don't smoke.
