29, Looking for a room or buddy up

Professional looking for a room / flatmate – Manchester / Salford area

Hi! I’m looking for a room or someone to buddy up with for a flat or house share. I’m hoping to move towards the end of summer, but I’m fairly flexible and don’t have a strict move-in date.

I’m a working professional currently based around the Manchester / Salford area. I work in Rawtenstall three days a week, and the rest of the week I work from home as a freelance graphic designer. I also have an art studio, so I often spend time there when I’m not working.

I’d describe myself as friendly, sociable, and easy to live with. I enjoy going to the pub, exploring new places, and generally being out and about, so it would be great to live with someone who is quite social. At the same time, I also appreciate having my own space and downtime, so I’m looking for a good balance between socialising and respecting each other’s privacy.

I’m open to:

• Joining an existing flat or house share
• Finding a place together with a potential flatmate
• Living with other professionals
