2 mates looking for a third

I'm Harry and I'm 27 and moving to Manchester to start a PGCE. Since finishing uni I've worked for the NHS, spent a few summers working at a camp in America, and recently lived in Australia. Through all that I've met some brilliant people, so I'm hoping to do the same in Manchester.
Tom is 25 and training to be an electrician. We actually met working at a summer camp in America a few years ago and have been mates ever since. Before that he worked in care, and these days you'll usually find him playing football, watching football, or taking the piss out of someone (usually me).
We're both pretty social people. We enjoy going to the pub, day drinks, football, live music, films, meeting new people, and generally having a laugh. We're definitely the type of housemates who'll suggest a pint after work, have friends round occasionally, or end up chatting in the kitchen for an hour when someone's making a brew.

We're hoping to find someone around a similar age who's looking for more than just a room. We'd love to live with someone who's up for being friends, enjoys being social, and wouldn't mind the occasional pub trip, football chat, takeaway night, or house gathering.
Of course everyone needs their own space, and we're respectful of that, but we're probably not the right fit for someone who wants to completely keep themselves to themselves. We'd much rather create a friendly, social house where everyone gets on and actually enjoys living together.
