Freelance designer looking for a 1 bed home

Note: I'm primarily looking for a 1 bed property for myself and my cat. My move dates are flexible. Not interested in HMO.

Powered by tea and meat-free pizza, I’m an easy-going, self-employed Designer. I’m a warm, empathetic, considerate, respectful tenant. An approachable soul, honesty, integrity and a sense of community are important to me.

I come with the cutest lil' kitty called Stinkerbelle, Stinky for short, so I'm looking for home that welcomes her too. She is literally the BEST behaved cat. Very well trained as my current landlord I'm sure will be happy to confirm in my reference. Her cute face can be seen in the photos. 🩶

I’m a fun guy. I’m over my party hard days, but I do still enjoy to dress up for a Bop on occasion. I’m much more likely to enjoy a ridiculous amount of tea with pizza and a horror movie than going OUT out these days. I don't bring guests to my home as I view my space as my haven to unwind and relax. I do all of my socialising outside of the home. Drinking alcohol is a rare occurrence for me but I enjoy it in a healthy way when I do indulge.

I have references that span from 2007 to present day to back up my credentials in terms of responsibility. I never miss my rent and I always pay my bills.

I work from home, I also work in various coffee shops just to mix it up a bit, and sometimes I'm working from the base of a client. Depending on where I end up, I may consider the idea of renting desk space in a local hot desk. I wont be working from home every day of the week.
