I am a Durham university PhD student looking for a place to live from end of July 2026 in or near Durham.
I’d like a desk or room big enough to put one, so I have the option of working from home. Laundry at the house is essential for me, and some sort of outdoor space would be nice. Otherwise, I’m just looking for a peaceful place to work at home some days and relax in the evening.
I'd prefer a place with 1, 2 or 3 other people rather than a big house. Currently sharing a kitchen with 7 others and it's a bit hectic :)
