Hi, I am looking for a buddy up for a 3-4 bedroom property for myself and a friend. We are both South Africans and finance professionals (Chartered Accountants).
Our first preferences would be a place near Canary Wharf/East London, Clapham or Dalston but we are open to other areas as well. The property must be furnished, have at least 2 bathrooms and shared living room.
A bit about us...we work a mixed pattern, from the office and home. We are respectful, clean, chilled guys that are really easy to get along with. I'm into gym so you will rarely see me in the evenings and the other guy is into football. We also work long hours so we hardly get in each others way but we do enjoy the occasional chat and social drink over weekends. We've both been in London for a few years.
