23 graduation year nursing student

I'm Adam a 23 year old Nursing student
looking for a room in Edinburgh with a budget of around £650 £790 per month, ideally somewhere around Leith, Leith Walk, the city centre, Newington or Marchmont, but I'm open to other central areas too.

I'm a final year nursing student and looking for somewhere comfortable and ideally long term. I'm clean, tidy and respectful, easy going and friendly, and I'm sociable while also being respectful of people's space and routines.
Ideally like somewhere with good transport links for uni and placements. If anyone has a room coming up, knows someone moving out please feel free to message me! Happy to come for a viewing and provide references if needed
