Hi, I’m Kev. I’ve lived in Levenshulme for over 15 years and I’m looking for a new, peaceful place to call home. I'm moving on from a long-term tenancy as my landlord is looking to sell and downsize.
I’m very clean, tidy, and fully 'house-trained'. I was a househusband for over a decade, so I genuinely enjoy keeping a home in good order and respect communal spaces.
I’m currently at a bit of a crossroads and looking at retraining or volunteering (I used to present and train at AllFM/NMFM) as part of a fresh start.
My Routine:
I’m a quiet, active person. I’m usually at the gym, cycling, or trying out new things like climbing and boardgames.
I’m a very disciplined and tidy user of the kitchen!
My party days are mostly behind me, though I do enjoy a few drinks out in Stockport or Levy occasionally.

Neurodivergent Friendly:
I’m neurodivergent and value a straightforward, honest living environment.
Pets:
I love animals, so sharing with pets is a huge bonus for me.
Vaping:
I do vape, I don't have plumes of vapour coming out of me at all times. I stay respectful of people's boundaries.
I'm looking for a stable, friendly household where we can hit it off and enjoy being housemates.
