Looking for a clean and quiet room

Hi, I'm a philosophy and design graduate, working as a freelance graphic designer. Recently decided to move down south from Newcastle for short-term university courses related to my profession, and potentially further study in design, film, art, and philosophy. Therefore, I currently have no specific plan, open to both short like a few weeks and long-term tenancy starting from late January to early February.

I sometimes work from home for my freelance job so I would prefer a room in a reasonable size to fit into a proper desk and chair, at the same time a quiet environment and a tidy flatmate. I love having a me time at the same time feel great to socialise and catch up with others if possible, but always respect your own space.
