Looking for a clean and friendly room asap

Hi all, I'm a philosophy and design graduate, working as a freelance graphic designer and doing training for film production currently.

I sometimes work from home for my freelance job, so I would prefer a reasonably sized room with a quiet environment, and a tidy flatmates to live with. I enjoy spending time on my own while feeling great to socialise with others rather than just living with 'flatmates', would be great if you are up for a film night, out for a coffee or pint, or just catching up in the living room after work, but always respect your boundaries.

I’m looking for a new place only because the flat I’m currently in has certain maintenance issues that can't be fixed. Therefore, I’m pretty flexible with the move in date.
