​Reliable: I have all my documentation ready for a smooth move-in. I am a non-smoker and I value a peaceful, well-maintained home.
​Respectful: I treat every property I live in with the highest care and am looking for a stable, long-term tenancy.

​What I am Looking For:
​Locations: Croydon (CR0/CR3/CR8), all areas across South West (SW) and South East (SE) London, and East Ham.

​Essential: A clean, smoke-free building is required for health reasons.
