Room wanted - Clean, Tidy, easy to get along with

I am an IT professional working in Backwell looking for a room in Nailsea, Backwell, Portishead or the area.

I like to keep my spaces clean and tidy/uncluttered.

I am easy to get along with and always respectful of the property and of housemates.

I clean up after myself in the kitchen. I eat mostly wholefood/plant based myself.

I can supply references and show income and savings.

I am willing to pay some months in advance rent if that helps.
