Professional looking for room

Hello! I'm a 24 yo professional looking for a double room with a desk in a house shared with other young professionals/students from late November/early December onwards. Looking for places in Heaton/Sandyford/Ouseburn.

I lived and studied in Newcastle for 4 years and am now moving after living in Spain for 3 years.

Work from home but will go to a coworking space 2-3 days per week. Would love to be a friend as well as a flatmate and do things together as a hours (I have a car and would be up for weekend days out). I also go out a lot and would love to live somewhere I could invite friends to for dinner every now and then (flatmates invited too of course). Love living in a clean and tidy space and would like to live with at least 2 other people :)
