I am looking for a new property to stay that is ideally newly/recently refurbished, clean, decorated and spacious. Ideally on a first floor because currently on a ground floor and dealing with recurring spiders which I did not experience in a first floor flat prior to this. (Supported accom)
Dudley area is ideal for me and I want my own studio/one bedroom and preferably ensuite. DSS accepted only. Supported accommodations I also don’t mind.
Rent amount payable per month up to 1.2K. I am able to pay a reasonable deposit up front (Within £100-£200 range) If rent is required upfront I will apply for a DHP. Otherwise every 27th or 28th of the month works for me. I have ALWAYS paid my rent on time and the rent amount goes directly to the landlord once all details are confirmed. I can provide references if needed. My budget is £500-£1.1K. Preferably female sharers please. I can be open minded as long as sharers are respectful.
Willing to relocate property as current living situation is not ideal. It is an old neglected rental property with recurring pest issues due to ground floor and old structure. Which as you can imagine is not pleasant. I also do not have the time or means to be deeply cleaning, redecorating, refurbishing etc. As you can imagine with a hectic schedule and needing to prioritise my health also, it is simply not feasible.
Main city of Birmingham preferred as I work there occasionally. Willing to move to London/Wembley/Harrow as I am often there for auditions and dance work. I am self employed, work from home and have a flexible schedule, usually busiest on weekends if I dancing. Used to work full time and pay my own rent for months when I rented this flat (my first one) But now part time due to my health condition and finding out that I am eligible for support. Word of advice; don’t be ableist or discriminate towards those who cannot work full time. Not everyone has the same capabilities but everyone deserves a chance and that includes having clean and well managed home. I receive full housing benefit and it covers my rent. If you are discriminatory towards this please don’t waste my time or your own.
My ideal is a double room with a spacious living room space or a studio flat/1 bedroom flat. Having my own bathroom is a MUST and NON NEGOTIABLE. I am not willing to share as that is where I like to relax and get ready for my events. And I have OCD so it is not suitable for me to share a bathroom unless cleanliness is a priority for other sharers also. Because it is for me! Bills included ideal but not necessary. Cleaning services also ideal but not necessary. I am open to house share in ensuite property only. And please no antisocial behaviour. My policy is to respectful, peaceful and kind.
I am more than happy to relocate for only long term lettings. No short term please. Once details confirmed we can set a moving date. Please note a 2 week notice is required before moving so please be patient during shifting process upon successful viewing/application.
I am pretty open minded about flat sharing/house sharing as I have done so previously for long term. I get along with people of all backgrounds, cultures and ages. I love to make new friends too!☺️ Willing to provide references if needed.
Absolutely no extremely loud kids or noisy house sharers after early hours please as I occasionally work late nights and value my sleep after hectic show life. There is a limit and time for everything. We may vibe together on my days off!
Important note; as much as I love cats (my current neighbours cat is an ABSOLUTE SWEETHEART) unfortunately I am severely allergic so no shares with them unfortunately. Ideally no pets, dogs are an exception ONLY if they are well trained.
Brownie points for people who like good food and to cook! Massive foodie, always down for food outings, food sharing/swapping, cooking together! I used to live above a popular pub/restaurant so I would appreciate a place similar to that where restaurants and good vibes are easily accessible. Major Indian food lover, Chinese food & sushi enthusiast. I also love a good café as I LOVE coffee. Always down for a cuppa or meal together.☕️☺️
A garden is ideal as I love being outside in nature especially to wind down. Without having to leave my house? EVEN BETTER! Not necessary but it would be nice.🍃
