Looking for somewhere with light and character!

Hi, I'm Benji, I'm 30. I'm a film/tv director and creative producer and I'm looking for a room in South London, preferably close to a tube or overground, but I'd happily go pretty much anywhere for the perfect place or people!

I work in film and tv- I'm a writer/director and creative producer full time. I'd love to find somewhere with people who are friends and get on with each other- chatting while cooking and occasional pub trips etc, but also have friends and lives outside the house.

I moved back to London last August and have been in a big house share in Lewisham since then, but I'd like to live somewhere with people who chat together a bit more and generally see the place as a home rather than stopping off point, enjoy keeping the place clean and being friendly. I love plants and gardening (if there is one) and am very DIY handy around the house.

I'm 3 years sober and happy to go to pubs and bars- I'm unaffected by anyone else's lifestyle- I just don't drink myself.

When I'm shooting a project I can be away for a few weeks, or working very late hours on set and otherwise I sometimes do a bit of work from home or from a studio.
