Hi all, I’m Tom. Currently looking to continue living in Penarth/moving to Pontcanna. My tenancy is coming to an end (15 Jan 2025) and would be looking for somewhere new until summer 2025. I will be out mostly on the weekends and evenings so will not be a nuisance at all! Looking for around £650 all in, if possible. I currently work from home, full time, so an office/working space is a bonus but not a must.
