Looking for Manchester flatshare - Nov/Dec time

Hello, I rent by myself in central Manchester, but would prefer to buddy up with someone for a more affordable setup. Currently paying a small fortune so anything around £600-£700 (without bills) would be a blessing.

I'm open minded as to where in Manchester, but ideally near a metrolink would be useful. Happy to stick to the city/Salford but also open to more suburban areas such as Altrincham, Didsbury, Chorlton, Sale etc.

However, I currently live in Ancoats in a nice/convenient development which is a 5 min walk to the tram - it would even be amazing to live in the same building, just in a 2 bed rather than a one bed.

I'm 33 and work 9-5 Mon-Fri in marketing. While I'm quite introverted I am sociable and easygoing so generally down for hanging if you want to. If you'd prefer to keep to yourself I'm also cool with that.

In terms of social activities I enjoy all the usual stuff like a pint after work/going out for food and have recently been discovering more walks around the area. I try to gym during the week though don't always.

The only thing I'd say I really would prefer is having my own bathroom. It would be great to find someone similar who wants to share a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat/house.

My current tenancy ends 5 December, so anyone with availability around November time would be ideal.
