Bayes Student, looking for a flatmate or room

Hey! I’m Durgesh, a 21-year-old from Delhi, currently living in London. I’ll be starting my MSc in Banking & International Finance at Bayes Business School (City, University of London) in September 2025. I’ve completed my undergrad here in the UK, so I already know the city well and really value having a comfortable, clean, and social living environment.

I’m looking for either:
• A room in a shared flat (preferably in old street, Liverpool station, Angel, Islington, Clerkenwell, Shoreditch, or nearby)
• Someone to buddy up and rent a 2BHK or 3BHK from September 2025 (happy to split bills fairly)

A bit about me:
• Clean, respectful, and reliable
• Into finance, gym, trading, good meaningful conversations, and London brunch scenes
• I like both quiet chill evenings and occasional nights out
• I work part-time as a bartender in Mayfair, so I’m financially independent and responsible
• Love a good Spotify playlist, Deliveroo night, or spontaneous city plan

Looking to live with someone:
• Aged 18-27(open for more)
• Student or young professional
• Social, clean, and mature (but still knows how to have fun!)
• Bonus if you’re also studying or working in finance/business

Budget: Ideally £270–£300 per week(flexible) but open for the right place or flatmate.
