Professional females seeking two rooms or buddy up

My friend Mimi and I are looking for either 2 people to house hunt with or for 2 beds in an existing house.

Sadly our lovely current house in Balham is being sold in Jan so we are looking for a feb move in!

What we’re after:
Dates: Feb onwards
Location: Balham, clapham junction, battersea, wandsworth. (All preferably near a station to make our commute nicer 🥲!!)
Price: £800-900 excluding bills (or including if we get lucky !)
Housemates: 4 in total
Niche: need to fit a keyboard in one of the rooms (I don’t play that often but I need her there)

About us:
Self proclaimed really easy going and here for a good time. We love a wholesome day out with the girls but still keen for a sporadic pub trip. We get a kick out of long hearty evening chats so keen to find new ppl to get involved.

Amelia: 25 and an accountant working in central london. No set office days so may wfh some weeks but not others. I dance once a week and love a trip to the theatre or concerts!

Mimi: 26 and working in automotive PR in Kingston. Lover of dad’s music (80’s-00’s), classic films and sport.
