Hi, I'm a professional freelance Film Accountant looking for a clean, calm space. I work at least 50 hours in the office, so I'd be interested in living with other like-minded professionals who don't work from home.

I'm interested in finding a spacious, modern place with the right amenities. A well-insulated en-suite with a dryer would suit my purposes.

I'm in no rush to move and would like to take my time to find like-minded individuals. Given that I am spinning many plates, my space is important to me, but I am a social person. I respect other people's boundaries and expect the same in return.

Happy to divide household responsibilities as necessary. I want to live with clean and calm individuals. Due to my busy schedule, I would like to chip in for a weekly cleaner for communal areas, without that being an excuse to make a mess.

I’m currently going to the gym multiple times a week, learning to swim, practicing Muay Thai, and rock climbing. So I don’t have time for drama!
