My name is Carl, a 60-year-old British expat, excited to return to the UK to settle down for retirement.
Also to spend time with family & ailing Mother.

I am actively seeking a short- to medium-term rental while I search for a long-term property. So a long MIN TERM is not suitable.
Additionally, I would like to be close to local amenities

With a stable private income of approximately £3,500 per month, which can be easily verified, I am ready to provide references to establish my reliability as a tenant.

My preferred move-in date is around the 20th January 2026. If you are seeking a clean, tidy & very quiet tenant, I would be a great candidate.

While I understand that an in-person viewing is preferred, I am open to securing the property with a rent payment after 17/01 and doing a remote viewing through WhatsApp video with the owners or agents. If that's not feasible, I will have to forgo any offer as I need to certain I have somewhere to return to.. However, if the property is rented by then, I would greatly appreciate it if you could keep my name on file for any future openings.
