Looking for room 7 days a week with office space

Hi I am a IT Professional, looking for room (Double preferred) for 7 days a week, this will be a permanent stay very long term.

I need to find a landlord who will be able to accept me for the homeless prevention fund, as the council will provide me with a deposit for the first month’s rent but will require the following:

- Tenancy agreement to be a minimum of six months
- Estate agent/Landlord to be able to/willing to hold property for two weeks while they help get the funds
- Draft tenancy agreement
- Gas safety, EPC, and electric certificates
- Estate agent’s or landlord’s details to share with the council
- Details of the property I would like to rent that I am able to share with them
- Payment details of the landlord or agency so they are able to pay you

I am a quiet but a sociable individual and will be the perfect room mate. I do not smoke but I do vape, but will still respect the rules of smoking and will smoke outside out of property as respected.

I am very respectable and will respect a home as if it was my own.

Would be preferable if the room has bills included.
