Looking for room 7 days a week with office space

Hi I am a IT Professional, looking for room (Double preferred) for 7 days a week, this will be a permanent stay very long term. If there is a minimum stay I will still be able to accommodate this.

If possible looking for a place with a months deposit. This is my very first time renting a place so I no references to provide. I never owned or rented a home before.

I am also looking for a room with a desk as I work remotely full time.

I am also happy to buddy up but my budget to put towards a house/flat will be max £600 p/m.
I am a quiet but a sociable individual and will be the perfect room mate. I do not smoke but I do vape, but will still respect the rules of smoking and will smoke outside out of property as respected.

I am very respectable and will respect a home as if it was my own.

Would be preferable if the room or house/flat share has bills included.

I will be able to start on the 29th September 2025 as this is my pay date.
