Hello,
My name is, Mr. Christopher Mills, a law and psychology, B. Sc Honours science graduate, of, the Open University. I need a large, double room, with a BT telephone point, and, coaxial point, preferably situated on the ground floor.
In the room, there needs to be space for two large desks, aswell as, a double wardrobe. I need the room to be ensuite, with dual toothbrush, and, shaver socket.
Ideally, a Victorian fireplace, but, not a necessity. The room must have its own lock to which only the tenant has access.
It is important, to me, that there are no pets, or, alcohol in the household, and that there is no-smoking, and, that the household is vegan. I am seeking accomodation which is quiet; there must not be any traffic noise. Ideally a household without any vehicles.
There must not be noisy co-tenants or noisy neighbours, children should be kept indoors, I dislike use of informal English.
It for me is imperative that the Landlord is non-smoking. It is imperative that I am not disturbed. I am not looking for somewhere to socialise.
I am Christian, so would prefer the secular and other religions are excluded. Situation near a church would be ideal. A preference for assured short and long hold tenancies, with deposits secured, with the deposit protection scheme.
