Seeking flat/house w/transport links to Eltham

My name is Corey I’m 31 and I’m currently living in Enfield. As I have been recently offered a senior position in a new job in South London, I am looking to move closer to the work place.

I am a professional who works for a Tottenham Hotspur at their training centre in Enfield. I have now been offered a management position at. Charlton Athletic and I am looking to move to somewhere close to their training ground or somewhere with good transport links.

I am interested in a furnished flat with bills included.

A bit about what I’m looking for. Im looking for a double room, preferably furnished if possible. Where I currently live I share bathroom, kitchen and living area with my landlord, although I only use the living area when I’m socialising with him or watching some TV as I’m conscious of giving the landlord space as well.

My office for Charlton Athletic is based at Sparrows Lane at their training centre. I sold my car before moving to London so would normally walk or get public transport. I work Monday-Friday and home matchdays on a Saturday, which I would get 1 day off midweek if I worked the weekend. My girlfriend still lives in Scotland and I normally go home once every 4-6 weeks Fri-Sun, whilst she also comes down to visit every other 4-6 weeks Fri-Sun, however we normally spend most our time in central London and I wouldn’t expect the landlord to facilitate my girlfriend staying in the flat whenever she visits, as we would be happy to book a hotel if that would be something you wouldn’t be interested in.

I make sure to be tidy and don't make much mess regarding cooking as I have an air fryer which I usually stick to using for dinners unless I’m feeling adventurous and decide to cook. I get my breakfast and lunch provided at my work, so it would only be dinners I would cook.
