29 y/o professional seeking room

Hi, I'm Jess, 29 years old. Looking for a room to rent in a friendly house. Working as a sales admin and ideally would have parking.

I am currently residing in Swanley but unfortunately will not be able to renew my contract in August. My office is just about to move to Footscray so it would be ideal to remain in the current area or nearby.

I am quiet, and don't smoke or drink. I have one elderly hamster (will reach 3 years in August 2024) who doesn't like people but will be kept in the room with me, so at the moment dogs and cats are unfortunately not ideal. I like reading and writing, baking and singing and I’m hoping to find some friendly people to live with and will be ready to move in from 23rd August 2024.
