Double room

I am a 53 year old female looking for a double bedroom. I am a self employed gardener working full time and I would like to share with others professional people. Very keen to make new friends and occasionally have cosy nights, cook the odd dinner together and have evening chit chats :) however I recharge alone (v important to me) so will also be very happy to give space and keep myself to myself too.
I am easy going, clean and tidy. I would love to find a pleasant place to return to after work, where a can easily relax 😌.
