Looking for a room in social house or buddy ups!

I'm Max, a 27-year-old on the lookout for a room in a social and laid-back shared house in and around Dalston / Haggerston, as my current contract is ending soon. My budget is around £1000 pcm. I can be quite flexible on move in dates but ideally would be looking to move sometime in early January .

I can boast some enthusiastic cooking skills, and a passion for music, festivals, and gigs - I also play guitar and bass. Always up for a pint, I'm a pub quiz music round pro and enjoy socialising with the house over pints/dinners/board games/card games. I want to get back into painting and love trying new things and exploring all London has to offer! I've been living in house shares for 8 years now so have great references of my clean and tidy ways haaha!

I'm hoping to move to East London and currently work at an Architects in Battersea and am in the office 5 days a week - so anywhere with a reasonable commute works for me. I'm looking for somewhere with a share living room and occasionally work from home so will need space for a desk.
