I am a freelance book illustrator/editor seeking either a fully self-contained studio/apartment or a double room in a quiet household.

I'm easy-going, clean, tidy, considerate and respectful of others' property.

I will pay up to:
- £1,200 (including all bills) for a self-contained studio/apartment with its own entrance and washing machine
or
- £800 (including all bills) for a great double room

If sharing, I would prefer a household with a single mature landlord, not a family or multi-room house share.

I would need reliable broadband, use of a washing machine and parking space for my car within reasonable distance.
