Looking for a friendly home/buddy up

Hi,

I am working in Chelmsford by the University and I am looking to view properties soon in advance of a prospective move October/November.

I am 22 years old but I am not a university student nor do I live like one, if you are then as long as you’re not too noisy in evenings or messy all is well.

I would much prefer to live with the person advertising it then a letting agency so please free to message me if this applies. Ideally looking for a shorter-mid term lease.

Also someone who is going to be friendly to live with.

I am very friendly, out going and easy to get along with whether that be yourself other flat mates or visitors.

I do not mind being a short distance away from the centre ( I am living 15 minute bus away from my local city in a green village ).

I do eat a lot of meat so if you are veggie / vegan and this is an issue I do apologise but I will not make any changes to my diet.

I do like to be social but will have a limited social group up here so will like to find good new friends with similar interests.
