Professional woman with cat looking for room

I am Marijke, 35 years old, and head of growth for a sustainable travel start up. I work from home and hotdesk equally. I am quite social and will be out doing improv comedy or meeting friends a fair amount, but at home I will mostly relax and I'm always up for a catch up, watching tv together, or just chilling by myself. I'm clean, responsible and easy going. I will be bringing my 13 year old cat Buffy, who wil mostly sleep on my bed, but might ask for a cuddle on the sofa. I'd prefer a house without other pets, as I don't want to stress her out too much in her old age.

Must haves:
- Large double room or space in other room for my desk
- Lovely living room
- Cat friendly (but no other pets, sorry!)

Preferably:
- Outdoor space
- Not bigger than 3 flatmates
