Wanted: Clean bright modern flat in London

Hello London,

I'm a corporate professional in my 40s, looking for a bright clean and modern flat to rent on my own. Have to move out my current lovely flat due to rent hike and persistent heating issues that sadly keep going unaddressed.
I have references and proof of all duly and timely paid rent.

I'm also open to buddying up with one other person (2 bedroom flat) in a clean, bright, tidy, clutter-free home.

NO council estates please.
