Looking for a roommate in existing flat

Hi girls !

My flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take over his tenancy for maximum 1 year.

This is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. So you will have your own bathroom! The building is very safe with 24 h concierge service. The flat is in a building called: Number 1 Prescot street (look it up it has quite cool history!). Located in zone 1 less then 10 minutes walk away from Aldgate East, Aldgate, and Tower Hill. Rent is 1030 a month. Bills are about 200 a month- less in the summer. Flat is available form the 29th of September but flexible for an early October move in date.

My name is Daniel. I am half Israeli half Peruvian, grew up in Cyprus and now have been in London for over two years working.

Ideally, I would like to make friends with the people I live with, but I can adhere to a keep-to-yourself atmosphere.

I would consider myself outgoing; I love a good night out dancing, hosting house parties once in a while and dinner parties sounds like a nice time to me.
