We are a quiet young couple, aged 23 and 25, searching for a 1-bedroom flat or a large studio in North London, ideally within Zones 1-3 and close to a tube station. We need the flat from June 8th but can be flexible for the right place.
About Us:
We are Robyn and William. Robyn works full-time as a fulfillment assistant, and I am a mature student at UCL studying Computer Science. We have been together for five years and enjoy a peaceful lifestyle. In our downtime, we love reading, illustrating, and programming. We value a quiet environment to match our hobbies and routines.
Location:
Must be within a 5-10 minute walk from a tube station. Proximity to a large park is also a significant plus for us, as we enjoy walking and spending time outdoors.
Additional Info:
We are not looking for a shared space and would prefer to have the entire place to ourselves.
I have secured summer work and will be working alongside Robyn until university resumes in September, ensuring stable income from both of us.
Upfront Payment:
To compensate for my student status, we are willing to pay the first 3 months' rent upfront to secure the right property.
