Canadian Seeking Ensuite Double Room

Hi! I’m Nicole, a 31 year old Canadian that’s been living in London for 2 years now. I work in HR for Le Creuset, and work permanently from home (I’m quiet and have limited calls). A bit more about me, I thoroughly enjoy exploring London, going to museums, exploring new boroughs, cafes, restaurants, galleries, and attending the odd concert or gig here and there. I’m quiet, clean, and like to keep my space organized.

I'm looking for a centrally located flat, somewhere in West London, Hampstead, SW, but open to most areas in Zone 1 and 2, as long as it’s near a tube line or train station. I’m looking for a double room, with an ensuite and furnished, or partially furnished. I’d also really love a decent sized kitchen, as I come with an abundance of cookware. In a perfect world, I’d also like a living space and would hope to live with people who enjoy a bit of a yap session, or would want to watch a film here and there.

I’m pretty flexible with move in dates, I would just need to give my current flat a month’s notice. I have a budget of £1,200pcm, and would ideally like it to include bills, but again, flexible.
