25M seeking self-contained accomodation

I am a tidy, respectful, easygoing individual and always try to get on well with anyone I live with. I am a full-time employed professional currently working just outside Bath as a dog handler. I'm looking for a small self-contained Annexe, coach house, or similar arrangement with parking. I have several years experience renting across a variety of different tenancy arrangements which I can provide references for if required.
Some use of driveway/garage is preferred where possible as I enjoy working on and cleaning cars and would be more than happy to do yours too! My ideal length of tenancy would be 1year+ as I'm looking for a more long-term, stable living arrangement. Many thanks for considering me! Ruben
